You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at rgbeamershop@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping the Item: Pack your return securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
